New password test
May. 27th, 2020 11:07 amI noticed that my email showed up on a Livejournal breach from a couple of years ago. I couldn't remember the last time I changed that password, so I did that last night.
I meant to multi-post something then, but I accidentally sent it to just Dreamwidth.
This time I'm posting to both services to make sure my new password is set up right in Semagic.
As a bonus, here are a couple of old prints I scanned the other day. I'm going to make a point of scanning in old photos now and then - I think old prints have a certain charm to them.

I don't remember if this was in '93 or '94, but I was working out of Calgary at the time as part of a transition team with my company (we were consolidating customer service operations in Winnipeg) and a group of us made a day trip up to Banff over the weekend.
It had just finished snowing, with the storm breaking up as we pulled into town. I snapped a few shots of the hotel because I thought it looked quite striking against the shrouded mountain and snow-covered trees.
It's hard to tell, but this is actually a colour picture.
