I just installed the mobile app to see if it is as bad as some of the reviews claim. So far it doesn't seem bad at all.

 

It does seem prone to lapsing into Russian on occasion but I consider that a somewhat charming glitch - sort of like a slightly psychotic, temperamental administrative assistant taking dictation.

Most of the complaints I read about the program involved stability and bugs. While it has crashed on me once, it has not offered up any of the other bugs I was reading about, so it is possible they have fixed some of them since the reviews were written.
