What kind of furry are you?

Although it is not technically my job, I just handled two "user support" issues out on the floor.
Problem1: User has no printers and cannot add a printer.
Solution1: Reboot machine.
Problem2: User cannot sign onto his machine.
Solution2: Reboot machine.
Both problems could have been fixed without my help if the users in this office weren't so pig-head stubborn about rebooting their machines because it takes sooooo looooong. Sadly they'd rather spend 20 minutes trying to find an alternate solution or work-around rather than wait the 3 1/2 minutes for a shut-down/reboot cycle. There's an "S" word that describes people like that - several "S" words actually.
