Behind their public face, every office building out there has the dingy corridors that the public never gets to see. These have always held a certain mystique for me.

If I remember correctly, your building has odd angles to it (from the outside anyway) and that's why I'm assuming the ceiling tiles are diagonal like that.
Wouldn't it have been easier to place them parallel with the walls and perhaps be left with a couple to cut at each end instead of having to cut the all? Perhaps it was done on purpose to break the illusion of the hall being longer than it really is. Plus, it bugs me that the lights are off center.
But, that being all said, nice picture! Almost looks like a movie set for the Matrix, or perhaps something set in the 1950's (minus men in suits smoking)
It's an interesting hall, and originally I was going to upload it in colour, but once I had the picture off the camera I decided it would look better in black and white.
I also pushed the contrast a bit to bring out the light and dark patches on the wall. Overall I am quite pleased with the effect.
Yes, the floor tiles lift up to reveal a 24" space underneath which is wired with more CAT5, phone and power cables than we could possibly hope to use in our office.
