Dweeble

Apparently today's high temperature will determine if this ends up being in the top three, or top five of coldest months of May on record.

Winter refuses to relinquish its hold.

What happened to all that good global warming they've been promising us?

Yes, I know there are a few minor downsides to global warming, like flooded coastal cities and mass starvation, but that's a risk I'm willing to take.

Meanwhile we're looking at our eighth day in a row of 90+ degree temperatures, making this one of the hottest Mays on record.

I would be more than happy to trade!

I'd be happy to split the difference. We had frost again the last couple of nights (but on the plus side, [livejournal.com profile] atara found out that her water-filled tomato sleeve works just fine - that means we might be able to plant as early as late april next year).

You can plant right now

... with an indoor hydroponics setup! I am beginning to GROK Hydroponics. Fascinating topic.

I've added a picture to help pinpoint my location more exactly. Let's just say that I have documented proof that Hell does freeze over sometimes.
