plonqI'm just 1/4 bar shy of 60 with my priest on Whisperwind. If I don't level her up tonight then it will definitely happen before the weekend. On the one hand, I find it a bit depressing because until the next patch comes out, that's as far as she can advance. On the other hand, I'm looking forward to participating in more of the all-guild 10-man raids on some of the level-60 instances. I suppose I'll also get involved a bit more in the PvP side of the game.
I will probably also start an alt - likely a rogue, since it would be a nice change to play a melee character after playing nothing but spell-casters so far in the game. I'd also like to play a tauren, but there has been rumblings about putting a moratorium on new taurens in the guild because they're so big, and it's hard to around them during a raid. Besides, you can't have a tauren rogue. I can see how the combination might not work.

I don't know if the rabbits' feet I'm carrying around with me are starting to do their job, or if I've just been having a streak of good luck lately but I've got three rare blue drops in two days. I'll see how much I can sell them for (Auctioneer lists one of them as 400g starting price, but I'm sceptical). In any event it's all money toward my epic mount.
