On the road again
Nov. 16th, 2006 09:03 amJust checking in on the road to MFF. We actually hit the road fairly late yesterday, leaving Winnipeg around 11:30. Driving conditions were perfect, though, and we made pretty good time. atara said last night, there's something to be said for stopping before you're falling-down tired. We found a very nice hotel on the outskirts of Eau Claire. It has a very interesting layout, free wireless internet, and a number of amenities. We did a quick walkabout this morning and we both concluded that it would be an excellent venue for a small to mid-sized convention.
Anyway, we're packing things up again for the road (and that includes this computer).atara is keeping a video journal of our trip in her own LJ.
