We appear to have made it.
Nov. 18th, 2005 12:52 pmThe roads were terrible from Winnipeg right through to Morris. From there they were OK until we hit Grand Forks, ND, and then we had perfect conditions for the rest of the trip. All in all it could have been a lot worse.
I am feeling somewhat mediocre on the first day of the con, and I think that on top of being tired from the road, I may have caught con crud in advance. Who knows, maybe I'll be the Typhoid Plonqie who ends up giving it to everybody else I encounter.

atara managed to finish her post in about 12.2 seconds, and she's hovering over me now, waiting for me to finish up here so that we can go and... well, just hang out for the moment I suppose. We like to sit in the central hall and watch people wander past. If you sit there long enough you eventually get to meet everybody at the con.
