Another day of wasted neurons

How is it that I can be busy and bored at the same time?

I'm working on a project, but it's not the most exciting one I have ever undertaken.  It inspired my new user icon.

We get to pick up the cat on our way home from work.  I don't expect that she will be very glad to see us - at least not for a day or two until she's over the trauma.  Cats are very affectionate, but they are not creatures of unconditional love.

I'm sure that atara won't mind if I steal a bit of her bandwidth.



It's almost hard to believe that she used to be a stray.

Jaws is home. She hasn't quite fully recovered from the anesthetic yet, but she's so excited that she hasn't let it slow her down. Much. She keeps falling over and running into things, but she's purring up a storm.
