Plan A
Step1 - Work through the Legacy data variances to get them under control.
Step2 - Compare the Legacy variances with the Oracle variances.
Step3 - Test Oracle edit facility against the Legacy system.
Step4 - Review the effectiveness in both systems.
Step5 - Profit!!!
Plan B
Step1 - Shit happens.
Step2 - Become more Zen-like.
Step3 - Serenity!!!
Main cost benefit of Plan B - requires no resources.
Plan A
