Well, maybe not with the Devil -- that comes next when they announce that they are subcontracting future OS development to Microsoft.

It's not that much of a change. You won't be able to run Mac OS X on non-Apple Intel machines, and you won't be able to run Windows on Intel-based Macs.

So no groundshaking here.
