Ad space can be cheap. Once those boys are actually convicted, their arrest records and convictions become public records - AFAIK, suitable for ad space by anyone willing to buy a spot in their local paper.
Technically, if anyone spent a little money and was diligent in following the case, these two could be bitch slapped all over the place.
The monkeys and babboons are known for occasional savagery. Sometimes monkeys will kill and eat smaller species ... of monkey! Babboons are aggressive. Forget that Jane Goodall, "Gorillas in the Mist" type of imagery. Monkeys share more with us than genes.
