Nov. 21st, 2004 12:34 amToday's excitement at MFF - the fire alarm went off and they evacuated the building. That is, I think the plan was to evacuate the building, but the people on the 3rd and 4th floors apparently didn't hear the alarm.

atara and I both had our jackets on, so we didn't freeze like the rest of the poor folk who ran outside. At least it wasn't raining. That was ten minutes ago. Things seem to be almost back to normal.
This is a great con - definitely worth a repeat - but it's driving us to the poor house. Must... reign... in... spending.
